LoislawConnect Training Information
LoislawConnect is a comprehensive and easy-to-use online legal research service with an impressive array of products including full Federal and State case and statute databases plus a number of treatise libraries.
We offer learning and training opportunities for our customers in several formats to match your needs:
Option 1: Use the built-in ‘Help’ command to find answers to any questions you might have within our recorded video and/or the user manual.
Option 2: Contact our support/research assistance team and speak to one of our product experts- Call 1-877-471-5632 or e-mail supportservices@loislaw.com , Monday-Friday 3:00am - 10:00pm CST and one of our product experts will get back to you within 24 hours
Option 3: Attend complimentary over-the-phone, instructor-led training, conducted by a Legal Training Specialist. Some benefits of signing up for our free customer training include:

- Introductory Training for LoislawConnect (1 hour) - This session is limited to a single registrant to allow for personalized training. Geared for new users to introduce them to their subscription content and LoislawConnect’s impressive features and functionality. Trainings are designed to have participants hands-on to their own computer, logged in to their LoislawConnect subscription, while being guided by Trainer and getting feedback along the way! - LoislawConnect Overview (30 min) - This session allows up to 25 registrants. The Trainer provides a brief presentation of recent enhancements and answers participant questions afterwards. Register here.
